Located right on Paseo Montejo, we joined the Biciruta event, adding a fun experience. Cleanliness was impressive throughout the hotel, particularly in the lobby and pool area.

a perfect base for exploring merida's vibrant charms
During my stay, I loved how close I was to the beautiful Paseo Montejo, where I could stroll and enjoy amazing architecture, and being less than 2 km from MEJORADA Park made it easy to relax in nature after a day of exploring, which was a wonderful way to recharge after my walks around the city.

The location is unbeatable, right on the main street with access to various restaurants and the vibrant Mercado Santa Barbara nearby. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the spacious room provided ample space for our family with three full-size beds. However, the lack of a fridge and coffee pot was disappointing and made late-night snacks inconvenient. While the cleaning staff was attentive, the overall pricing felt a bit high compared to the amenities offered.

Tasty breakfast, but some hiccups
Each morning, we indulged in the delightful breakfast buffet, especially loving the fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. The location along Paseo de Montejo made exploring easy!
However, we faced some issues with the room's amenities, such as the lack of minibar and a few haphazard service experiences from housekeeping. It felt a bit inconsistent.
